Hosting is your choice
Hosting depends on what you choose at setup: Ashewa Cloud in Ethiopia, your own infrastructure, or an international cloud region. We do not promise data residency beyond what your chosen option actually provides — ask us which fits your compliance needs.
The statements above describe the SmartERP cloud service. A deployment on your own infrastructure is secured by the choices you and your IT team make with us.

Certification
What our ISO 9001 certificate means for security
Ashewa Technology Solutions S.C. holds ISO 9001:2015, a quality-management certification issued by GSCS International (registration 20011646). It describes how our company manages the quality of its services. It does not certify the SmartERP software, and it is not an information-security certification: it says nothing about the security of a customer’s workspace. The security facts we can state today are the ones listed above.
