Nothing is assumed for you: every figure on the right comes from the three numbers above and the published SmartERP price for the size you chose.

On these figures the time saved does not cover the first year on its own. Fewer stock losses, faster collections and less overtime are not counted here - tell us your numbers and we will work through them with you.
How each line is worked out: value of one working hour = monthly salary x 12 / 2,080 working hours (52 weeks x 40 hours). Hours saved per year = people x hours per week x 52. Value of saved time = hours saved per year x value of one hour. Net value = value of saved time - SmartERP first year. Payback = SmartERP first year / (value of saved time / 12). These are your own estimates of your own business, not a promise of results.

What does an implementation pack include?
A fixed number of dedicated consultant hours and the work they cover, shown row by row in the table above: configuration of your company and apps, training and coaching of your key users, data import, and - from Advanced up - onsite sessions, customised forms, reports and workflows. Premium adds 40 hours of data migration, developments and performance tuning.
Do I need a pack?
No. Every plan and edition includes hosting, updates, daily backups and business-hours support, and you can set SmartERP up yourself with our guides. A pack is for companies that want a consultant to do the setup, migration and training with them, on a fixed budget.
Can I buy a pack with an industry edition, or only with a per-user plan?
Either. The pack is a one-time item on the same order as your subscription, whichever way you subscribe.
How is a pack billed?
Once, on your first invoice, in Birr, with VAT at the configured rate. Hours beyond the pack are billed at Ashewa's day rates; ask us for the rate card before the work starts.
What if I need developments or an integration?
Developments are part of the Premium pack. Outside a pack, custom developments and integrations are scoped and quoted separately as one-time services - you'll find them under Optional services when you build your package.
What does the estimate in Get started assume?
Nothing about your business. It reads the current price book (plans by number of users, editions by company size, packs by size) and your own figures for the return part. The number you see is the same one the checkout will show.
Lifetime Licence - own SmartERP outright
A one-time perpetual licence instead of a subscription: six times the annual Starter price of your industry, plus a mandatory Annual Maintenance Contract of 20% of the licence fee from year 2 (updates, regulatory patches and standard support). Hosted on your own infrastructure or on Ashewa Cloud - hosting is quoted separately. Sold through our team, never online.

- Major version upgrades optional under maintenance; lapsed maintenance is reinstated at 50% of the missed years
- Contract terms follow the SmartERP Master Services Agreement (legal wording under final review)
