One journey
Discover, sell, operate, manage, engage, analyze
An order placed online is the same order your warehouse picks and your accountant posts.
1. Discover
Customers find your products on your own website
Customers find your products on your own website, with the catalogue you already manage.

2. Sell
Online orders and quotations are sales orders
Online orders and quotations are sales orders; counter sales are rung up in Point of Sale and post to the same stock and accounting.
3. Operate
Stock is reserved when the order is placed
Stock is reserved when the order is placed; purchasing and delivery follow what was sold.

4. Manage
The invoice
The invoice, the payment and the ledger entry come from the order, with VAT shown in birr.
5. Engage
Customers and leads stay in one place
Customers and leads stay in one place, ready for follow-up and campaigns.

6. Analyze
Sales
Sales, stock and finance read from the same records, so the dashboard matches the books.
